1. Where is Rocky Point Resort located?

Rocky Point Resort is located in Thapsakae Sub-district/District, Prachuab-kirikhan Province.

2. How far is it from Bangkok, and how long for travelling?
- ห่างจาก กทม.มาประมาณ 365 กม. หรือประมาณ 4 ชม.
It is about 365 kilimeters down south from Bangkok. About 4 hours drive.
- ห่างจากหัวหิน มาประมาณ 120 กม. หรือประมาณ 1.30 ชม.
It is about 120 kilometers more after leaving Hua Hin downtown. One hour and a half driving down.
- ห่างจากปราณบุรี มาประมาณ 100 กม. หรือประมาณ 1 ชม.
It is about 100 kilometers from Pranburi. Only an hour by taking a road trip.

3. Beside using personal vehicles, is there any way else to get there?
- รถโดยสารปรับอากาศขนส่งมวลชน : ใช้เวลาเดินทางประมาณ 4.30 ชม. ขึ้นที่สถานีขนส่งสายใต้ใหม่ ให้ขึ้นรถบางสะพานทัวร์ (ช่องหมายเลข 22,93) ให้บอกพนักงานว่าลงทับสะแก (ตลาดอุดมสุข) เมื่อถึงแล้วจะมีพนักงานจากทางรีสอร์ทไปรับมายังรีสอร์ท ( บริการรับ-ส่ง ฟรี )
Bus is another choice for carrying you to the destination. It will take about four hours and a half. Getting started at The South Bus Terminal (New station) and look for Bang-sapan Tour (window 22, 93) and keep teller informed that Thapsakae (Udomsuk market) is your journey’s end. At the stop, you will be welcomed and carried to the resort by a free shuttle bus.

You can also travel by train, leaving from both Hua Lumpong Terminal and Thonburi Terminal. Purchase a ticket to Thapsakae station (Free shuttle bus)

4. Is there any nearby tourist attractions ?
บริเวณใกล้เคียงกับรีสอร์ท มีสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวใกล้เคียงต่างๆมากมาย อาทิเช่น พระมหาธาตุเจดีย์ภักดีประกาศ ซึ่ง ม.ร.ว.มิตรวรุณ เกษมศรี ศิลปินแห่งชาติ สร้างขึ้นเพื่อเฉลิมพระเกียรติพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว , อุทยานวิทยาศาตร์ พระจอมเกล้า ณ หว้ากอ ซึ่งบริเวณภายในจะมี พิพิธภัณฑ์สัตว์น้ำหว้ากอ ให้คุณได้สัมผัสกับมหัศจรรย์โลกใต้น้ำ ที่มีสีสันและความสวยงามของสัตว์น้ำหลากหลายชนิด นอกจากนี้ยังมี อาคารดาราศาสตร์ อีกด้วย
Once arrived Rocky Point Resort, you can be enjoyable by taking sight seeing tours. There are many beautiful and interesting tourist attractions nearby. Bhakdi Prakad Stupa is one of the most popular attractions where many hundreds of tourists visit within a year. The stupa was designed-built, honoring and commemorating His Majesty, King. Bhumipol Adulyadej by a well-known National Artist, M.R. (a son of the prince) Mitrvaroon Kasemsri. The King Rama IV Science Park at Wa Gor is also the one of many places you can’t miss out. Out there, you will enjoy the fantastic and wondrous aquarium where hundreds of varieties of creatures of the deep live and breathe. Yet, if you are interested in the scientific study of the stars and planets, Astronomy Arch situated in there, is the place you need to find out!

You can go snorkelling or diving at Talu Island (Tickets are available at the resort’s front office)

Also, you can rent either a car or a motorcycle for cruising on the city streets and exploring quite a few interesting and appealing places nearby.

* บ้านพักทุกหลังหันหน้าเข้าหาทะเลและเห็นวิวทะเล แต่บริเวณหน้าหาดของรีสอร์ทไม่สามารถเล่นน้ำทะเลได้
เนื่องจากเป็นหาดหิน ต้องเดินไปอีกประมาณ 100 เมตร จึงเป็นบริเวณที่สามารถลงเล่นน้ำทะเลได้
All rooms faced to the sea. At the front of the resort, you can also stroll along the pavement constructed parallel to the rocky beach. Take a 100-meter or 10-minute walk to both the left and the right of the resort, you can swim or lie on the beach to stretch your back and relax.

11. Is it free breakfast or charged for a child?
* If 6 years or less, no charge!
* Between 7-12 years, 100 baht will be charged.
* If 12 years or over, 150 baht will be charged.

Yes, there are some neighboring restaurants e.g. PLa Ta Lay, Nong Peung etc.
